In 2014, CEO Mary Ellen Moschetti founded Parker Smith. A denim enthusiast, Mary Ellen created the line after experiencing and hearing too many complaints from women about struggling to find the right fit. She developed the line for contemporary minded women of all shapes looking for fashion, beautiful fabrics, and the perfect fit. Committed to producing and manufacturing premium denim, Parker Smith collection is made in Downtown Los Angeles and is led by an all-female team.

Focusing on mid and high rises, designers have specially engineered the perfectly fitting and slimming jean. Strategically placed back pockets lift and flatter the backside and a contoured waistband ensures premium comfort while enhancing all silhouettes. Each step of production, from the design to development, happens exclusively in the heart of the fashion district in Los Angeles. Parker Smith’s designers, sewers, dye houses, and contractors all employ the local community. They create the designs, cut and sew each of the samples, manage the production, and warehouse the goods in their Los Angeles headquarters. The commitment to producing locally has allowed Parker Smith to create the finest quality product and top-notch customer service. Expanding the Brand
The “Perfectly Sexy” capsule collection includes two styles: a high-rise skinny fit and a high-rise straight-leg jean, both offered in varying black and blue washes. These styles come in plus-size sizes and were designed on a plus-size fit model.
“It took several fittings, but when our model came out of the dressing area and made this growling tiger noise, I knew then we had the sexy fit we were looking for.”
