A virtual appointment is one where an espy stylist books time to connect with you, on your choice of video call software, to discuss your styling needs. There is a short virtual consultation to figure out what your needs are then a box is prepared to be dropped off at your home or for a curbside pick-up. You can then try-on the pieces at home alone or re-connect with a stylist to help go through everything with you. Anything that doesn’t work you simply re-package and give back to us.

You will need some sort of video call software. We are ready and able to use Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp, and Skype (but we are open to others).
You will also need to leave a credit card on file in order to take pieces home to try on. This is to cover any damages or loss of product. Plus, we can use this credit card to charge you once you have chosen the pieces you love and wish to keep.
espy now offers private shopping appointments. These are appointments that take place outside of our regular business hours. You meet with a stylist at the store and gain exclusive access to the space and our stock. These appointments are great of those who wish to minimize contact with others as much as possible. Private shopping appointments can be booked in the evenings from Monday to Saturday, and from 10:00 am-5:30 pm on Sundays.
While you don’t need always need to book an appointment, we recommend that if you are willing to make the investment in yourself and what you’re trying to achieve with your personal style that you book a one-on-one with one of our stylists.
We offer dedicated appointments for personal branding, denim fittings, special occasions, shoes, skincare, wardrobe makeovers and everything in between.
Personal shopping appointments are free of charge. The difference between a regular in-store visit and a personal shopping appointment is that you’ll receive dedicated one-on-one service. At times we can get quite busy and the stylists will serve multiple clients at one time. With a personal shopping appointment, your stylist will stick with you the duration of your time at espy.
We’d like to say that in order to get the maximum out of your experience that you allow at least 1-2 hours for your personal shopping appointment for in-store appointments. Virtual appointments take a minimum of 3 days to complete.
Of course! If you’ve been in-store and had an amazing experience with one of our stylists, you can specifically request them when booking your appointment. If you’ve never visited espy before we’ll assign a stylist to you based on a date and time that works best for you.
