For those clients who want to update their wardrobe but don’t wish to leave their home, espy has introduced virtual services. These are the same as the services we offer in-store, only done via a video platform of your choice. Continue reading for a brief overview of our most popular virtual services.
Want new clothes but want to shop from home?
With an espy virtual styling experience you will be connected to a stylist virtually. They will then pull pieces for you and be able to go through what they have pulled for you via Zoom, Skype, or whichever video platform works best. Once you have decided on the pieces you wish to purchase, the stylist will pack them away in a bin for curbside pick-up. You take the bin home, try on all the pieces, and then return whatever doesn’t work.
Virtual Styling can take up to 3-4 days to complete and requires a credit card to be put on file in order to take the items home to try-on.
Want to make your wardrobe easy?
A capsule wardrobe is a wardrobe that consists of 5-7 pieces that all go together and can be interchanged and worn in any combination, and espy is here to help you make one virtually. Just like with virtual styling, you will be connected to an espy stylist who will pull pieces and help you pick an entire capsule wardrobe that is suited to your needs. Curbside pick-up and drop-offs are used in order for you to take home and try everything on before you purchase.

Need to use that denim coupon you’ve been saving?
The espy stylists are denim fitting experts and we are even able to help you find the perfect pair of jeans virtually. Let us know what style of denim you would like and a stylist will help you find them. They will send you photos or set up a video call with you to go over what we have that you might like. Then, just like with a virtual styling appointment, we send the denim home with you to try and you bring back any that didn’t work.

Want exclusive access to espy?
For clients who aren’t comfortable with virtual styling, you can book a private shopping session at espy. These are available after 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday, or anytime between 10:00 am & 5:30 pm Sunday. You may also book private shopping from 9:00 am – 10:00 am Monday to Saturday with one of the espy stylists. A pre-paid $500 espy gift card is required to secure a stylist at the time of booking, which can then be used during your appointment.
