How is shopping at espy affected by the new AHS rules?

 

With all the recent restrictions announced by AHS, we wanted to reach out to let you know how we are responding. We know that there is some confusion surrounding everything going into effect – and we can’t explain it all – but we can make it easy for you to continue shopping with us
 
Here is our plan.
 
The Restrictions Exemption Program does not effect espy for our daily operations. We are lucky to have just finished our expansion. With 12,000 square feet of space, at 1/3 of our capacity we are able to have 100 individuals in the store at one time. Our spacious layout and large change room area easily allows for 2M social distancing for safe shopping. The Restrictions Exemption Program will only apply to espy if we host any hospitality events. If we do host any events with food and drink in the future, we will take part in the program. Guests at that time will be required to show proof of vaccination or provide a negative test result to attend.
 
Masks are required for everyone who is shopping with us. All espy employees will be wearing masks while in the store and we ask that you do the same, as per provincial restrictions
 
We are continuing to offer virtual services and curb-side pick-up. We understand if you are not comfortable coming to shop with us in-store. There are many options we have implemented for those individuals. This included curb-side pick-up, Virtual Styling Appointments, After-Hours Appointments, and our Online Shop
 

The world feels upside and wonky for most of us these days and it can be hard to stay positive, but we know that with respect, understanding, and love we can make it through to the other end of this.
