All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not available at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada. Any shipments outside of Canada are not available at this time.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments, however we will make every effort to ship your entire order together.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and then proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
If there is any damage to the packaging/product on delivery, contact us immediately at orders@espyexperience.com. Please provide a detailed description of the damage and a photo(s) of the damage. espy is not responsible for any damage, however, we will help to address the issue.

In order to return products, you must contact espy at orders@espyexperience.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. espy will not accept returns without prior written approval. Exchanges or Store Credits will be provided, minus the original cost of shipping. No refunds. Sale items are a final sale.
Returned merchandise must be shipped back to espy at the customer’s expense. Credits and Exchanges will not be issued until the original merchandise is received by espy. Credits and Exchanges will only be issued if the received merchandise is in non-worn condition with the original tags still attached. espy is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transport.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, of the application of the Credit to your account or shipment of the Exchanged product.

We will make every effort to ensure that your order is free of flaws and defects. If a product is defective, please email espy at orders@espyexperience.com and provide a detailed description of the product defect. Clear photos of the defect will greatly aid in providing you with a timely and satisfactory solution. Please note that espy must be notified about defects within a reasonable amount of time from receiving the product, so please contact us as soon as you notice the flaw. “A reasonable amount of time” is solely at the discretion of espy, however notification for denim/jean products must be received within 6 months from the date the product was received. Enquiries for defects with all other (non-denim) products must be received within 15 days from the delivery date of the purchase.
If espy agrees that the item is defective, we will exchange it free of charge, depending on availability. We will ask you to re-package the product, and then email us the dimensions and weight of the package. espy will then email you a Canada Post Shipping Label for you to attach to the package. Once espy receives the product, it will be inspected once more. We trust you, but there are one or two bad apples out there who are out to “beat the system” and so the final inspection is required to determine that the product that we receive back in the store is in fact the item that we agreed to exchange. The replacement product (if available) will then be shipped to you. If a replacement product is unavailable, espy will contact you to discuss other options.
Products marked “As-is” are final sale, and are sold with the understanding that the customer accepts that the product is flawed.
