REMINDER: If you purchased a DENIM GROUPON for espy in February, it EXPIRES on September 3, 2012! Even if your Groupon says it expires August 22/2012, you can still redeem it until September 3rd! Check your Groupon date and get in to espy now to redeem your deal.

That means, after September 3, you can no longer redeem your Groupon deal. There are no extensions past September 3. If you do not redeem your Groupon prior to or on September 3, you will no longer receive the deal. You will be able to put the $39 you used to purchase the coupon toward a pair of jeans (jeans only!) if you miss the deadline.
